Okay, people of X. I'll be a "Great", one of the greats. So here's a helpful insight from me that I got from this amazing article!
- Your mind is a powerful thing (basic)
- If you do repetitions, you get insane ROI (ofc)
- Your brain rewires in a way that it can ruin you or help you win. If you repeat things, do hard things, prioritize something that you think is worthy etc.
- Repeat things that you want for science to take and help you, and eliminate/ignore all the things you want out of your life (important)
- Do things that are hard, something you don't wanna do, and it can help you in your life. It helps your brain to do something crazy, and it can change anyone's life (the David Goggins thing)
There are many more, but let's not make this too complicated. You can read the article yourself and absorb the knowledge in a personalised way
@alexeixbt kudos, man. I think reminders like this are most important in a busy world full of things, work, and endless information, etc
