@JetBlue@JetBlue it's just disappointing that gate agents and managers don't seem to have more discretion to use kindness and compassion to help customers out, at least the way they communicated it to me here at JFK because some ppl used to abuse the system.
@JetBlue@JetBlue - culmination of things. Most recently, a refusal to help put me on an earlier flight after the connecting flight got in early despite there being space. Just things that would have showed good customer service after a loyal customer was traveling for 24 hrs.
@JetBlue is there a way to get an earlier flight out? My international flight got in a little early. It would make my day if I could get home a little sooner.
