@D_B_Harrison We live in an emotive culture. People are dominated by their feelings. The speeches politicians give, the TV shows people watch, the music people listen to, etc. Goals are now grounded in their ability to generate an emotional reaction. It has unfortunately invaded the church.

We are to glorify Christ by bearing fruit in keeping with repentance (Matt. 3:8) which is a daily process - it should mark the life of the believer.

@ChelashawKip @D_B_Harrison There are examples where God leads the believer to leave a society due to its rejection of God. It is through this that the judgement of God may rest on a society. Not saying that this has to happen either, but it has (ex. Sodom & Gomorrah).

The chief aim of the Christian is to glorify Christ as King and to share the gospel. The downstream impact of that is a fruit, not a goal.

@avpk11 Apologies. The ethanol is in the J&J which is Ad26 viral vector. So in this scenario it is most likely acting as a preservative. Can potentially contribute to the stability of the drug over time as well.

@avpk11 Ethanol is traditionally used in medical formulations as a preservative and a solvent. In this case, it is probably increasing the solubility of the lipid nanoparticles packaging mRNA.
