@DevVScode1 @TheJackForge @freeCodeCamp I think the approximation has to be based on the worst-case scenario: absolute noob that might need to go over some concepts/lessons more than once.
But I don't think 900 hours is insane either. I don't game anymore but I have ~1500 hours on Left 4 Dead 2, for instance.

Day 18 of #100DaysOfCode and it's more work on the web dev job that I spoke about yesterday. I was almost feeling bad about charging money for the job. Until it took me 3 hours to troubleshoot a CSS issue.
