@AmericanAir I bought a business class ticket for a MEX–JFK direct flight. Due to a mechanical issue, the flight was delayed > 14hrs. So I had to fly 6hrs later via DFW instead, and for the 2nd flight I was downgraded to coach. I need a refund. Pls help!

@Aeromexico ayuda por favor para procesar indemnización derivada de un retraso de mas de 16hrs en un vuelo AMS-MEX. Me han rechazado la compensación en violación a la Regulación (EC) No 261/2004. Me imagino que es un error y que no roban a sus pasajeros deliberadamente. @Profeco

@AutoriteitCM I’m requesting help re a delayed flight from AMS to MEX on @Aeromexico (delayed by about 17 hours). They refuse to pay compensation under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 without a valid reason. It’s evident that they do this systematically with all claims. THANKS!
