Finally, Verbanest v1 is live! I challenged myself to build it in 60 days using AI and no-code. 🧡
A product for busy people to record, send, and receive voices and videos as links. 🔗
I will share more on that soon, test it out, and let me know your feedback!

Customer support isn't just about answering questions.
It's about building a relationship with your client, improving your product, expanding your roadmap, and, most importantly, driving word-of-mouth growth. 🧡

There are many resources on YouTube, but it's better to start with a general understanding of what LLMs are. This will help you later to grasp the process and give you ideas about what tasks can be automated. The best video I’ve seen on this topic is by @karpathy, titled "The busy person's intro to LLMs"

Enjoy!! @florinpop17 😊
I took a few days off from social media and work, disconnecting completely to reflect on my next steps.
The only way I could truly disconnect was thanks to automations I've built in n8n. Peace of mind to turn off wifi, knowing everything runs smoothly. I only get an automated call with SMS using Twilio + Slack notifications if something needs my attention, with detailed reports of what went wrong.
Recently migrated some services from AWS to Hetzner, and there was a rate limiting issue that only triggered under high traffic. During my time off, got an alert about HTTP 429 errors with logs, investigated, fixed, and deployed - all in ~5mins. Imagine that!
That's the power of automation - but it's not just about automation, it's about documentation too. Even as a solo founder, I document everything. When I started my second SaaS, setting up automation was just copy-paste from my docs. Documentation is critical for building systems, and systems are how you iterate fast.
One last thing: overengineering ≠ automation. Running your MVP on kubernetes? That's overengineering. Using Kafka for dashboard notifications in your MVP? That's overengineering. But automating tasks you do manually? That's smart automation.
Build smart, not complex!
Having too much choice can be overwhelming. I love this decision-making approach. 🧡
That happened to me recently, as I was using Omnivore as a read-it-later app but they shut down their service. I needed to export and move my data to another app.
I opened all the alternative apps in tabs and started switching from one to another. Finally, I closed all of them with no signup to anyone.
When I got back, I opened the apps one by one, signed up, did a quick test to see if suited me. I compared two apps at a time until I found the best one for my needs.
I canceled my subscription last month and just received an email saying it's now free to use. Is this offer for everyone or just due to my cancellation?
I won't return, even if it's free, as I'm happy with Cursor. I don't understand why with GitHub data and state-of-the-art models they can't improve it. I know it's an infinite game, which is why I'm waiting for the next move from Copilot, and I love it as an extension over a full IDE fork.
Invoicing used to be my biggest headache.
Manually designing templates, tracking in Excel, chasing payments... there had to be a better way.
That's why I built Invoiless - making invoicing dead simple. Now thousands of businesses get paid faster.
No complications. Just works. 🚀
Some good results I'm seeing from launching Invoiless Free Tools!
Only been a few days and it's already ranking for key search terms in multiple languages 🎯
Still lots to improve on the SEO and content side, but that's the beauty of shipping fast:
Get it out there ➝ Learn from real usage ➝ Make it better 💪
🎉 I added Portuguese to Invoiless Free Tools in 5 minutes with Cursor.
This used to be a much longer process:
- Create initial translation
- Find Portuguese users for feedback
- Check invoicing/accounting terms
- Verify country-specific norms
- Incorporate feedback
- Finally publish v1
