UPSC CSE Prelims 2023 just got done last Sunday on 28th May. Exactly 10 years ago, I gave my prelims on 26th May 2013. I have seen a lot of papers since then. Yet most stakeholders are saying that it is one of the toughest paper they have seen in the last 10 years and the cut off will be on the lower side this year

@DuttShekhar Aspirants need a strong Plan B to fall back now. There has to be some boundary drawn to the degree of this unpredictability & vagueness that UPSC is trying to portray. This makes this exam sound more like qualifying luck by chance rather than qualifying the toughest exam.
