Long awaited review purge started by @Shopify , but it's aiming the genuine reviews too. Lost 24 reviews this week (178→154) for no reason @store_migration . Every one of those reviews was earned through our support agents' and dev team's hard work, not spam or fake feedback

Shopify pulled 15,521 app reviews today. The old record was 3,944.
Last week I posted that the purge had started. I figured it would taper off by now.
It didn't. It's run about 4x normal for nine of the last ten days straight. Today it went to 30x.
Reviews pulled per day, across every listing I track:
The two weeks before July 6: 513Since the announcement: about 2,060Today: 15,521 across 2,962 apps
