Only makkah residents are allowed to wear Ahram from Masjid Ayesha(See the Umra issues).
Secondly I observed in Haram Makkah thers are lots of peoples in Haram Makkah stay and sit behind the Baitullah Shareef after perform Umra which is not good they should exit from there

The outsiders who come from faraway and they direct enter in Masjid Ayesha they can wear Ahram from there but the peoples who performed Umra they need to cover a long journey as I mentioned above.

Yes its mandatory to take long journey approximately 200 to 300KM(by mufti) for second Umra. Lots of peoles visit Masjid Ayesha and wear ahram from there which is not good cause Masjis ayesha close to the Haram Makkah.

@muhamadislam @MSamiUllah_786 If u save money for Umra and perform at once , u done by ur side its not compulsory again and again and if u want again pray to Allah Allah give u more You will come again not a big deal actually its management system its very difficult to handle crowded Haram
