I ordered a phone for my mom on 21st April and delivery is promised for 25th.

The product shows to be near me, but nobody calls me or my mom, so I reach out to support. I can't do it on phone - this is their support page on app-

I request a call back, but they can't call instantly, they call according to their schedule but I miss it at work. I reach out to support again, but the dude/bot can't help.
