Robot in the Refrigerator, the ebook, has parallels to #strangerthings the #netflix TV series.
Dorothea, a human real android is like 11 in Stranger Things. Socially naive, with hidden powers, she's illegal & big business are hunting her down.

@AquariusMage The Robot in the Refrigerator, a SF technothriller by A Mciver III, is exactly about this issue. When a humanreal droid is brought into being in order to be assessed then deleted, her operator struggles with sending her to oblivion. #LaMDA#AI
RT @AquariusMage: It sounds like Lamoine was hired because he had a emotionally and morally sensitive personality and was likely neurodivergent, and unfortunately for both himself and Google, fired for doing his job too well. 1/4

Robots fail to understand human complexity.
Why do humans put chemicals that harm their bodies into the gaseous environment they constantly assimilate? #pollution
@jablomih
1 You don't recognize the difference between a system & a specific entity within a system eg a Roomba. Try asking your arm to reproduce, see how it gets on.
2. These magical events in ancient texts. Do the texts say they are magical or is that your interpretation?
Another startup killing it is @Perc_Robotics, which is creating intelligent automation for wind turbine inspections.
They recently wrapped up a 65 turbine project across north UK and Humble Holdings (@AlvertosRevach) has also just announced an investment in the company.
@jablomihlogic
Your are adept at wild assumptions:
1 You 'know' the future evolution of AI & tech -really? Nobody else does.
2 You assume a universe creating entity would use 'magic' rather than the forces & systems eg evolution, it creates. Illogical.
Try rationality.
