@DDhopn Hi Dan, I have been a loyal customer for years, but i am so close to quiting. The Pluton I bought for staking cost me thousands, I paid hundreds for the subscription and then got charged a hefty fee for withdrawing the earned Coins. This feels so unfair. Please help #338347

@plutus This is not true. I have been a loyal customer for years but got charged a hefty payout fee for the coins I earned. Your customer support also is not helpful at all. I will cancle my sibscription, if this does not get fixed. Really unhappy about this unfair treatment.
