@IvaOUB329 @KateKHammond Criticality is very subjective. I increasingly overcome bias by continually analysing & updating my criticality. I must remove fluff & opinion. Professional/academic work is rarely perfect. I must keep up to date as things rapidly change; what’s right today may not be tomorrow

Week1 #OUB329 Did the government use AI to inform the budget? In this precarious world, was the info true? Are the forecasts reliable? Money is an emotive subject; can AI understand the REAL implications of the changes? Time will tell, but it’s also impossible to please everyone

Week1 #OUB329💡financial precarity isn’t just relevant to zero-hours contracts, it’s also performance-based wages, commissions, self-employment etc. The cost, however, is beyond financial; it affects productivity & health of employees; hurting both people & long-term bottom lines

Week 1 #OUB329💡Leadership isn’t just something you learn at uni & apply at work; you’re surrounded by, and apply, it 24/7. Taking a step back & ‘getting on the balcony’ is a great 1st step to observe patterns & identify the best way forward, potentially offering new perspectives
