Recently, there’s been a lot of buzz around Vibium (from the creators of Selenium).
On the other side, https://t.co/KzpJ4mEBrQ is working on prompt-based automation script writing.
With all this AI and no-code/low-code excitement, one thing is clear…
👉 In the end, it all comes down to the manual tester who:
- Can write the prompts that guide automation in the right direction.
- Can think like a user,
- Write quality test cases with the intention to break the app (nicely 😅),
- And has just enough programming logic to guide automation in the right direction.
Because no matter how “smart” tools become, if the test cases are weak, the automation will just be… faster at missing bugs.
So here’s to the real MVPs 🏆 — testers who blend critical thinking + curiosity + logic, making sure tech stays reliable for everyone.
Remember: AI won’t replace testers… but bad test cases might replace quality.
