Shipment AWB xxxxxxxxxxx332 has been repeatedly marked as "attempt failed", which is incorrect. I have been available at the delivery address and no delivery attempt or phone call was made.
Kindly investigate the false delivery updates, stop RTO

Team has already connected with me just to say my device is out of warranty so as per company policy nothing can be done to repair the damage caused by the software update which was developed my Motorola.
