@Ms_Swift_BHS I agree Courtney! If there is one thing to come from this, it is that we will be somewhat prepared for distance learning if it happens again! #tldeuno2020
wrap up: We are just seeing the start of tech in the classroom. Just a few years ago, smartboards were the new thing. Now, schools are “behind” if they have those in buildings. Tech in the classroom is ever changing and the way we teach is going to change with it.

@MsBahle19 Time is very important Kayla! Especially with little kids, it is important to have enough time to teach them how to use the tech tools! #tldeuno2020
A3: When using Ed Tech, teachers need to make sure it enhances lessons. It is easy to just let students use technology as fillers but there are SO many great tech tools out there and teachers need to make sure they are using these tools to their full potential.

@B_Stuedemann Flipgrid is a lot of fun, especially with young kiddos! I used it during remote learning with my second graders! Definitely a great resource! #tldeuno2020
@MsVrable I LOVED using Seesaw as a teacher. It was so easy to use and communicate with parents. Definitely a go to for remote learning as well! #tldeuno2020
A tool that I find fascinating within the classroom are podcasts. I have seen some teachers implement them as Daily 5 stations and have students listen and respond to them. I am looking forward to trying out podcasts this year! Any suggestions would be great! :)

@SGarrisonNassi I agree that ed tech really increasing engagement. I found during remote learning I was able to provide feedback in an efficient way as well! Great points! #tldeuno2020
A1: To me, Education Technology means anything I incorporate within the school community to enhance my students’ digital citizenship. This could be within our classroom using an app on iPads or doing a coding activity in library/technology class.

@mrsj_bramhall Hi Mariah! I would second that I feel pretty experienced with implementing technology thanks to remote learning! That definitely helped both myself and my students become more confident in our abilities! #tldeuno2020

I am somewhat experienced with implementing tech in the classroom. Last year, we had iPads that we used in the classroom regularly. This year, my students will be 1:1 which is a new experience for me.
