ಒಂದು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ. ಭಾರತದಂತಹ ವೈವಿದ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಬಹುಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವೇ ಸರ್ವಸ್ವ . ಬಾಬಾ ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಈ ದೇಶ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡ ದಿನ .
