@HeadForPoints Hmm my card expiry still shows April 2026 but my gold tier points were just below 4,000. It does show Retain Gold with collection by March 2027. Not sure what that means.
@British_Airways I moved to a new phone last month and it’s broken the two factor authentication. I’m now stuck in a cycle of recovery codes. How do I re-setup this security or turn it off? There is no options in the account page on your website.

@huel is there a problem with your website? I cannot edit my subscription, just shows blank screen. I’ve tried it on multiple devices and the same result.
@daveo1880@ring_uk I didn’t waste any time, I cancelled immediately, this is totally outrageous. This is an example of subscription services going way too far.
@ring_uk i just got the email notifying of the large price rise. Sorry but i have not seen any change in offering to justify this and have immediately cancelled both my subscriptions. I no longer see value for money unfortunately which is a shame.
@TechHelpHub I don’t think that would work if the router itself is not connected. My router isn’t connected thus changing device settings connect to it won’t change anything
