Mr. @PriyankKharge must understand the law. Section 321 CrPC is the prerogative of the Public Prosecutor not the Government or the Cabinet. The Cabinet has no authority to direct withdrawal of criminal cases. It’s shocking that this Government attempted to withdraw riot cases involving attacks on police personnel. Shielding those accused of assaulting law enforcement is a grave abuse of power and a betrayal of the rule of law.

I have already filed a complaint and FIR at Electronic City Police Station, Bengaluru against a person named Mohammed Hanif Khan for allegedly entering India illegally from Bangladesh, creating fake documents using a Bengaluru address, and fraudulently obtaining an Indian passport.

He has reportedly been using this passport to send money to Bangladesh through Western Union and is currently staying in another country posing as an Indian citizen. If he commits any unlawful activities abroad using an Indian passport, it could seriously harm India's reputation and national security.

This incident highlights the urgent need to strengthen passport verification. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly and take strict action.

The results declared by KPSC for the KAS exams are showing many anomalies, with candidates who wrote the exams from the same room/block being selected for the mains. This pattern shows that there is some examination malpractice happening behind the doors of the KPSC. Such suspected patterns, where examinees from the same block/room are being selected, must be thoroughly investigated, and a clear explanation along with sufficient evidence must be given to the public to rule out any foul play. Thousands of students have toiled hard to appear to realize their dream of getting a government job. Such suspecting patterns raise doubt on the ethical functioning of KPSC, and if such foul play is true, then it negates the hard work, time, efforts, and money spent by genuine examinees. This is not just cheating but a huge collapse of the system. I urge an inquiry by a sitting judge of the High Court and submit the observations to the government, as any other committee might compromise due to the pressure of the vested interests and other mafia involved in the recruitment.
