@lufthansa Nothing works. I doubt anyone has ever tested this feedback form for voucher request in live production.

And I cannot add why a customer is facing problems. Complete harrasment for customers.

@lufthansa - purchased two tickets for my aged parents to travel from India to UK, and they have U.K. and Schengen visa. However, date of Schengen visa is granted on a later date, and all we are requesting for a flight voucher, as Germany visa appointment dates are not available.

Also I have been conveyed first by @lufthansa customer care that transit visa is just online so it is easy to get. However, that is not the case and no visa application date is available.
