@rstmoto Hi , I have a pair of rst tractech boots. On the inside ankle of the boot, where the boot hinges for the ankle to bend, the black screw cap has come off of the left boot. Can you tell me exactly what that is called., or if it is possible to get a spare from somewhere ?

@ao I ordered a new fridge including collection of my old one . New fridge came on Thurs but the drivers said there's was no room for my old fridge in their van and that someone would come the following day . It's now Saturday and my old fridge is still sitting In my garden.

@ScottishPower tried adjusting my direct debit èon your website, the recommended amount is £20 cheaper , yet when I adjust it the portal fails!!! Therfore the price doesnt change!

@AvantiWestCoast yesterday my train from London to glasgow x cancelled. I had to book a new train on lner
. This incurred me a cost of 166.39. Avanti refunded me the 65 for the ticket.this leaves me 101.39 out of pocket . I want avanti to reimburse me for this extra cost

@thetrainline hi , u had teo tickets (avanti) travelling from London to Glasgow at 3.30 on dec31st. This train has been cancelled and has meant I have had to buy two tickets (lner) from London to Edinburgh as we were completely stuck . This means an addition cost of 164.40 .
