Interesting to see Streatham high road southbound completely backed up. Almost like the Streatham Wells #ltn wasn't the problem...? In a 5 minute walk I've gone past 30 buses and counting.
Hi all,
It's that time of year again! Two Fantasy Football leagues to join if you're interested - the first is the usual scoring, the second is head to head.

Good luck everyone!
@LNER That's a refund for the service you've failed to provide, NOT compensation.
Some cancellarions are unforseen - broken down trains etc. A shortage of crew is poor planning. You should have arrangements in place for staff sickness etc. This situation arising reflects poor practice
Hi @LNER. I was meant to be on the 13.24 out of Darlington, which was cancelled, with my 4 year old. Fair to say the advice of "just get on the next train" is not really good enough. No arrangements made whatsoever for those of us in difficult travelling situations. Very poor.
@LNER The fact that you've done none of this is a poor reflection on your customer service. Also, a train cancelled due to a lack of train crew is a woeful excuse.
@LNER This is what I meant by making arrangements for those of us who have difficult travelling situations. You know who's travelling with young children (or indeed disabled people) from the ticket booking, so you could have proactively sorted stuff out, kept any spare seats etc.
@LNER I mean, it's not like the cancellation came as a shock. You could have made better arrangements than this. You did not. You in fact did nothing. Just not good enough.
@LNER I'm aware of that. I'm sat in the vestibule attempting to keep a 4 year old comfortable and entertained. My point is that you should be doing something slightly better for those of us who are not in easy travelling situations than "pile on here and hope for the best".
