📢Andhra Pradesh🛣️

In Andhra Pradesh, we have approved ₹679.71 crore for the widening and strengthening of NH-42 from Mudigubba to Kadiri in Sri Sathya Sai district, upgrading it from a 2-lane road with paved shoulders to a 4-lane highway with paved shoulders.

The project will provide seamless connectivity from Anantapur and Sri Sathya Sai districts, as well as parts of Karnataka, to the Bengaluru–Vijayawada–Kolkata (BKV) Expressway, Tirupati, and Chennai. It will reduce travel and freight transit time, decongest traffic, and strengthen regional logistics and economic activity.

The project includes a 4-lane main carriageway, service roads, 1 flyover, 1 Vehicle Underpass-cum-Road Over Bridge (VUP-cum-ROB), and 1 major bridge, ensuring safer and more efficient travel for commuters and freight traffic alike.

సమాజంలో ప్రతి బిడ్డ చదువుకోవడమనేది ఒక హక్కు. అటువంటి చదువు పేదరికం కారణంగా ఆగిపోకూడదు. అందుకే బడికి వెళ్ళే ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి 'తల్లికి వందనం' పేరిట ప్రభుత్వం తరపున ఆర్థిక సాయం చేస్తున్నాం. ఇంట్లో ఎంతమంది పిల్లలు ఉంటే అంత మందికీ ఆర్థికసాయం చేస్తామని ప్రజలకు మాటిచ్చాము. ఇచ్చిన మాటకు కట్టుబడి రెండో సంవత్సరం కూడా విద్యార్థుల తల్లుల ఖాతాలో డబ్బులు జమ చేస్తున్నాం. తల్లికి వందనం ద్వారా ఈ ఏడాది 67.47 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థులకు సంబంధించి 42.70 లక్షల మంది తల్లులు ఖాతాల్లో రూ.10,120.78 కోట్లు జమ చేస్తున్నాం. మీ బిడ్డల చదువే వారి జీవితాలను మార్చుతుంది. విద్య ద్వారానే విజయం చేరువ అవుతుంది. అందుకే విద్యా రంగంలో సమూల మార్పులతో, సంస్కరణలతో విద్యార్థుల బంగారు భవిష్యత్ కు బాటలు వేస్తున్నాం. తల్లికి వందనం అందుకున్న ప్రతి విద్యార్ధి బాగా చదువుకుని పైకి రావాలని ఆకాంక్షిస్తూ.... పథకం అందుకున్న తల్లులకు నా శుభాకాంక్షలు.

బ్రతికుంటే ‘చచ్చినట్లే’... భూములుంటే ‘ఇచ్చినట్లే’!

తిమ్మిని బమ్మిని చేసే వైకాపా తమ్మినేని సీతారాం!

రాజకీయాల్లో ధర్మరాజులు ఉంటారని విన్నాం గానీ... ఏకంగా యమలోకంలో సీనియర్ క్లర్కు ఉద్యోగాన్నే తలదన్నే మేధావులు ఉంటారని ఈమధ్యే అర్ధమైంది. మన శ్రీకాకుళం ముద్దుబిడ్డ, మాజీ స్పీకర్ వర్యులు తమ్మినేని సీతారాం గారు ఈ విషయంలో సరికొత్త "రాజకీయ సాంకేతికతకు" శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు.

నిన్నమొన్నటి వరకు అసెంబ్లీలో మైకులు విరగ్గొట్టే రేంజ్ డైలాగులు విన్నాం, ఇప్పుడు లేని బంధుత్వాలు, లేని మరణ ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలు సృష్టించే "క్రియేటివ్ రైటింగ్" నైపుణ్యాన్ని చూసి అవాక్కవుతున్నాం!

కథ చాలా సింపుల్...

నడిబొడ్డున కోట్ల విలువైన భూమి ఉంది. కానీ దానికి యజమాని బ్రతికే ఉన్నాడు! ఇక్కడే మన నాయకుడిలోని సృజనాత్మకత బయటపడింది.

"అయ్యో! భూమి యజమాని బ్రతికుంటే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఎలా జరుగుతుంది?" అని సాధారణ అమాయకులు ఆలోచిస్తే...
"బ్రతికున్నవాడికి ఫేక్ డెత్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇస్తే పోలా!" అని మాజీ స్పీకర్ మార్క్ ఆలోచన వచ్చిందట.

పాపం... భూమి యజమానికి తెలీదు, తాను కాగితాల మీద ఎప్పుడో పరమపదించేశానని! అక్కడితో ఆగితే అది రాజకీయ వ్యూహం ఎలా అవుతుంది? లేని మనిషికి ఓ ఊహాజనిత ‘కూతురు’ని డిజైన్ చేసి, ఆమెను రంగంలోకి దింపి, ఆ భూమిని తన సుపుత్రుడు తమ్మినేని చిరంజీవి నాగ్ గారి పేరిట తమ వైకాపా హయాంలో రాయించేశారట! సినిమా తీస్తే "అవార్డ్" వచ్చే కథ ఇది!

ఈ డ్రామాలోని హైలైట్స్:

డెత్ సర్టిఫికేట్ మాయాజాలం: యమధర్మరాజు కూడా "అప్పుడే వీడి ప్రాణాలు తీశానా?" అని ఖాతా పుస్తకాలు తిరగేసుకునేలా చేసిన సుపుత్ర మేధస్సు!

కొత్త బంధుత్వాల ల్యాబ్: రక్త సంబంధం అక్కర్లేదు, ఆధార్ కార్డ్ అవసరం లేదు... కాస్త 'అధికారం' ఉంటే చాలు, ఎవరికైనా ఎవరినైనా కూతురిగా, కొడుకుగా మార్చేయొచ్చు.

వారసత్వ ప్రేమ: కష్టపడి సంపాదించడం పాత కాలం పద్ధతి. "
బ్రతికున్నోడి భూమిని సంపాదించలేని చవట కొడుక్కి ఇవ్వడం" ఆధునిక రాజకీయ వారసత్వ ధర్మం!

గతంలో అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకర్ చైర్‌లో కూర్చుని చట్టాలను, రూల్స్‌ను ఒక్క రోజు కూడా కాపాడలేని ఆ చెవులతోనే... ఇప్పుడు "పోలీసులు అరెస్ట్ చేయడానికి వస్తున్నారు" అనే వార్తలను కూడా అంతే గంభీరంగా వినాల్సి రావడం కాల మహిమ కాకపోతే మరేమిటి?

ఏది ఏమైనా, బ్రతికున్న మనుషులను కాగితాల్లో చంపేసి కోట్ల భూములు కాజేసే ఈ వినూత్న "రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ మోడల్" కి గిన్నిస్ బుక్ లో చోటు ఇవ్వొచ్చో లేదో కానీ, త్వరలోనే పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో మాత్రం కచ్చితంగా చోటు దక్కేలా ఉంది!

ఇలాంటి వారికి అదే సర్టిఫికేట్ జారీ చేసి తిరిగి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసే కోర్టు తీర్పులు వచ్చిన రోజు ఇవి ఆగుతాయి.

I am deeply disturbed by the incident reported from Guntur. The humiliation of any woman is completely unacceptable and has no place in our society.

I have ordered immediate and stringent action. A criminal case has been registered, the accused has been arrested, and the party functionary involved is being suspended.

My government’s commitment is unequivocal: the law will be enforced fairly and firmly, without fear or favour. No individual will receive protection on account of political affiliation. Every woman in Andhra Pradesh must have the confidence that her dignity and safety will always be protected.

Absolutely shocked and outraged by the horrific incident in Guntur. Anyone who thinks political connections or party affiliation can protect them is gravely mistaken.

Hon’ble CM @ncbn garu has ordered immediate strict action. A criminal case has been registered, the accused has been arrested, and I have directed that the TDP functionary involved be suspended from all party posts.

Let this be a clear warning: there is zero tolerance for such behaviour. If you disgrace a woman, you disgrace the values we stand for - and you will face the full force of the law, no matter who you are.
