Exactly. A woman was raped on the same road Alex Coughlan was brutally murdered on. Beside the IPAS. Gardaí didn't tell anyone for SIX WEEKS. The victim got a great look at her attacker and knew what he sounded like too. According to Gardaí. They appealed for witnesses. So I rang nd said release a photofit. Colour etc. A very rude and ignorant female Garda told me it was none of my business (I'm a local woman and had been walking on that road EARLIER in the day BEFORE I found out WITH my daughter who was just 5 or 6 at the time). She had also said they don't release a pic in some cases depending...I said depending on what...wouldn't answer. She then said its a GDPR thing. I said whose privacy are we protecting here? The rapists? She said YES.
