An electrician came this morning and said he'd fixed the issue but hadn't. My parents have been assured that someone else is coming back today and they are still waiting. British Gas couldn't care less about their vulnerable customers #profitsB4customers

@BritishGas I visited my parents to find they've been without power since 1pm yesterday - no heating and no hot water. They have Homecare cover and despite assurance that someone would come out yesterday, no one did.
