لیکن یہ ریاست کی مرضی ہے کہ کب کسے اٹھا کر ڈی جی CTD اعتزاز گورایہ سکنہ پنجاب کو پیش کرے یا کور کمانڈر راحت نسیم بھٹی کو پیش کرکے 6 ماہ بعد ہوم سیکٹری چودھری حمزہ شفاقت سکنہ پنجاب کے ہمراہ پریس کانفرنس کرکے لڑکی کے بمبار ہونے کی تصدیق کرے بصورت دیگر چندہ ماہ بعد باعزت رہا کرنے کی آفر بھی موجود ہے

اب چونکہ ہر بلوچ مرد کے بعد بلوچ بچی مشکوک اور جبری گمشدگی کی مستحق ہے مگر فوجی قافلے میں بلوچستان آنیوالی پنجابی عورتیں خالصتاً سویلین تصور کی جائیں
اور چھٹی پر جانے والے فوجی کو نہتا شہری جبکہ سرکاری اداروں میں موجود ہر فرد جنگ سے بری ہے اور ان کو دوسری آنکھ سے دیکھنے والا دینِ اسلام کا دشمن ہے
جبکہ کوئٹہ کے جگہ جگہ تعینات آٹھویں فیل سپاہی کی مخبری پر کسی بھی گھر سے کسی بھی خاتون ، بچی یا صعیف العمر کو اٹھا لینا عین اسلامی اور ثقافی ہے
اور ان حالات کے پیش نظر اپنی بہن بیٹی یا ماں کی توہین پر صبرِِ کا مظاہرہ نہ کرنے اور بندوق کو آخری حل سمجھنے والا مرد یا عورت اللہ اور اسکے رسول کی جناح کی نیند میں بار بار زیارتوں سے بنی ریاست کا دشمن ہے

لہذا نہتے ہوکر اپنی بیٹیوں کو لاپتہ ہوتے دیکھنے والا بلوچ ہی اصل بلوچی ہے جبکہ دیگر انڈیا کے اشارے پر تصور ہوں گے !

Paank strongly condemns the enforced disappearance of Rizwana, daughter of Gul Jan, a 16 years old 1st-year student and resident of Killi Teri, Mastung, #Balochistan, who was abducted on 28 June 2026 at approximately 10:00 PM from Samungli Road, Quetta by Pakistan's Counter-Terrorism Department CTD.

Enforced disappearance is a grave violation of fundamental human rights and international law. Paank calls on the authorities to immediately disclose Rizwana's whereabouts, ensure her safety, and either release her without delay or present her before a competent court in accordance with due process. Those responsible must be subjected to an independent, impartial, and transparent investigation, and accountability must be ensured.

Families have the right to know the fate and whereabouts of their loved ones, and the practice of enforced disappearances must end immediately.
