Dear Residents,

In view of CDA’s letter dated 18-09-2026 regarding the proposed sealing of the Bahria Enclave office and blocking of the Access Road, SOBER has filed a civil suit against CDA authorities and BTPL through its legal team to safeguard residents’ interests.

The Hon'ble Court has issued notices to the concerned parties and directed them to submit their replies by 08-10-2026. (copy of the notice is attached)

Residents are requested to please remain calm and rely on official updates from SOBER.

امید ہے آپ خیریت سے ہوں گے۔ جنابِ والا، آپ کی توجہ ایک اہم اور بنیادی عوامی مسئلے کی طرف مبذول کروانا چاہتے ہیں۔

پارک روڈ سے جو نیا روڈ/لنک روڈ تعمیر کیا جا رہا ہے، اگر یہ منصوبہ عوام کے ٹیکس اور سرکاری وسائل سے تعمیر ہو رہا ہے تو اس سہولت پر اس علاقے میں رہنے والے تمام شہریوں کا یکساں حق ہے۔

بحریہ انکلیو بھی اسی اسلام آباد کا حصہ ہے اور یہاں ہزاروں خاندان آباد ہیں، جو ملک کے ذمہ دار شہری ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ ٹیکس بھی ادا کرتے ہیں۔

افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ نئے روڈ کے سائن بورڈز پر Margalla Enclave اور Park View City کے نام نمایاں کیے گئے ہیں، جبکہ Bahria Enclave کا نام موجود نہیں۔ آخر اس کی وجہ کیا ہے؟

کیا بحریہ انکلیو میں رہنے والے شہری اس شہر کا حصہ نہیں؟
کیا وہ ٹیکس ادا نہیں کرتے؟
یا پھر انہیں اس بنیادی سہولت اور شناخت سے محروم رکھنے کی کوئی خاص وجہ ہے؟

ہم کسی کے خلاف نہیں، بلکہ برابری اور شہری حقوق کی بات کر رہے ہیں۔ ہماری گزارش ہے کہ اس معاملے کا نوٹس لیا جائے اور اگر بحریہ انکلیو اس روڈ سے مستفید ہونے والا اہم علاقہ ہے تو سائن بورڈز پر اس کا نام بھی شامل کیا جائے۔

اسلام آباد سب کا ہے، سہولیات اور شناخت بھی سب کے لیے برابر ہونی چاہیے۔

چیئرمین CDA اور ڈپٹی کمشنر اسلام آباد صاحب سے امید ہے کہ اس عوامی شکایت پر فوری توجہ فرمائیں گے۔

After 7 months of painful driving on Park Road due to underpass construction (which was never required), one link road has opened. The situation hasn’t improved—just fewer potholes! My car needs new tires and bumper paint from motorbike scratches.

The new Park Road signboard mentions Margalla Enclave and Park View but omits Bahria Enclave, home to 20,000 residents.
Please add Bahria Enclave and announce the official opening date of the Park Road Underpass.

Where is @MohsinnaqviC42 and @CMShehbaz speed. The under construction under pass on Park road Islamabad for more than a year is literally testing the nerves and lives of commuters. This is few seconds drive but diverted towards NIH and the diversion often take hours due to severe traffic congestion and bad condition of the road.. The @CDAthecapital lethargy and unnecessary delay in the project is also causing miseries to the patients visiting the NIH general hospital and people visiting the other ther allied educational and health facilities..
When asked from one a responsible man in CDa, he said this is a project of DHA and nobody can ask the DHA bosses ..
A number of times the project has failed the deadline..a small project of few months is taking delayed for over a year but no body ask - due to fear - but of what? @MohsinnaqviC42

The road from Attock Petrol Pump to Bahria Enclave/Margalla Enclave is in a severely deteriorated condition, with extensive potholes causing daily inconvenience, delays and safety risks.
We urge Mr. Mohsin Naqvi, DHA & CDA to take immediate notice and ensure urgent repair of this vital route for the safety of residents and commuters.
