Banks Transfer Staff to Distant Places from their Homes. When employees take leaves to go to their homes, their leaves are being denied.

Banks really need to look into this.

We have received several emails about bank employees being called to work on holidays.

To understand the situation, we spoke to candidates working in various government departments through SSC. Most said they are never called to work on holidays, except once or twice in rare urgent cases.

However, in banks, employees are frequently asked to work on holidays, and this is slowly becoming a normal practice.

Unfortunately, the banking industry and bank unions remain silent on this issue. This practice should change.

अगर विदेशों के Basel I, II और III जैसे बैंकिंग स्टैंडर्ड भारत में अपनाए जा सकते हैं,
तो फिर विदेशों में लागू #5Daysbanking को सैद्धांतिक सहमति के बाद भी लागू क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा?
@RBI, @LIC, @SEBI, @irdainsurance जैसे संस्थान पहले से 5-day पर हैं।
IBA और बैंक यूनियन सहमति दे चुके हैं।
सब तय है, बस निर्णय बाकी है।
इसी सच्चाई को मजबूती से सामने लाने के लिए गौरव गोयल जी की पहल सराहनीय है।
तथ्यों और तर्कों के साथ लिखा गया उनका पत्र यह सवाल साफ पूछता है—

DFS launches a premium salary account for Central Govt employees.

But a simple question:
Why are bank employees excluded?

- Bankers create the products.
- Bankers sell the products.
- Bankers face abuse, transfers, targets & stress.
- Yet bankers themselves are not worthy of these benefits.

Now the real joke begins👇
Bankers will be forced to roam ministry offices, beg officers to open accounts, and face new targets again.

If @DFS_India is serious, why not issue a circular to all Ministries making it mandatory for Central Govt employees to open salary accounts with PSBs?
Why is humiliation of bankers the default policy?

This isn’t outreach.
This is institutional hypocrisy.
