@IndiGo6E As per DGCA CAR Section 3, Series M, Part IV, compensation is based on the disruption of the ORIGINAL flight, and accepting an alternate flight under compulsion does not waive passenger rights.
Request escalation to Customer Relations and reconsideration under DGCA norms. (3/3)
@IndiGo6E Even the alternate flight provided was delayed by another 3 hours. I reached the airport at 10 PM and finally departed around 9 AM next morning a total disruption of nearly 11 hours.

@IndiGo6E Respectfully, boarding an alternate flight provided due to the original flight (6E 651, PNR G8HBMT) being delayed/cancelled overnight does NOT remove eligibility for delay compensation or waiver. I was forced to take the alternate after a 6–7 hour delay. (1/3)
@EXNESS who will be responsible for this very unprofessional behaviour from your side!!! At least acknowledge our problem and give us the update on why it is down do u not care about our money #exnessdown
