Extremely disappointed with @Flipkart and Ekart Logistics.

- My Friend has ordered this item and it was supposed to arrive by 13 Oct, but the delivery date was changed to 16 Oct.
- Since 13 Oct, my order has repeatedly moved between facilities in Gurugram, yet it still hasn't reached the nearest delivery hub.
- No meaningful update, no delivery, just delays.
- It has been a week since ordering on 8 Oct.

This is unacceptable service. I expect immediate delivery and a proper explanation otherwise I am going to uninstall your app now #Flipkart
