This video says it all. It also explains why John Thune’s scuttling of the SAVE America Act is the most treacherous gambit since RussiaGate. We citizens will lose our nation in the midterms, and we will never get her back.

@CaitlinLong_ I met Sen. Simpson once at a rally in the ‘90s. He gave a great three part (tongue in cheek, sort of) summary of what Wyoming asked of the Federal government: “Defend our shores, deliver our mail, and leave us alone.”
@DavidSacks@megynkelly@chamath@theallinpod Thank you for the $3 — 100% goes to charity ❤️
Enjoy my weekly grade for you and the administration! You’re at a B+ right now — room for improvement, but so far so good!
Agreed. And it also is worth recalling that the Acting Chair of the FDIC has conceded that debanking happened and much of it happened at the “instruction” of his agency’s representatives. The strange, and ultimately futile, effort to hide this from the public only underscores the gravity of the issue.
The idea that only a written confession to debank crypto proves anything is absurd. @FDICgov lied about conducting risk assessments. They lied about informing banks of a timeframe to conduct those assessments. They lied to a federal judge that they produced all of their pause letters. They lied to that same judge that their blanket redactions were justified by confidential supervisory information. Sometimes facts are unpleasant— but they remain facts nonetheless.
Completely agree. Combined with Mark Paoletta as GC, OMB is now just deeply impressive. For a small item of proof, read Executive Order 13892 (revoked 1/20/21, revived 1/20/25) which says among other things, that regulatory “agencies shall afford regulated parties safeguards … above and beyond those that the courts have interpreted the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution to impose.” Imho, OMB now has a freedom agenda.
Proud to appear before @SenateBanking & @BankingGOP this morning to discuss #debanking and crypto. No doubt the Committee will take action to stop this pernicious practice. Find our analysis presented to the Committee here: https://t.co/XT2qFs79Ds
