Hi Richard,
I’m sorry you're having trouble trying to make your payment. When you log into Barclays online banking and go to 'pay & transfer' then 'make a payment' please follow these steps:
•Select the account you're paying from
•Pay someone new
•Click on 'business' then 'search our verified companies'
•Type in 'Barclaycard'
You'll then get a list of all the different types of cards. Just match up the start of your card number with the bank details. For example, if it's Barclaycard Visa that will be listed.
Please give that a try and let me know how you get on.

Good afternoon Richard,
I understand you’re unhappy with the changes to Barclaycard online servicing and don’t want to use the app, which is completely fine. If you’d prefer to use your laptop, you can still pay your bill through Barclays online banking at https://t.co/AJyD0TMk5E.
You can also pay by other methods, such as Direct Debit or by phone. More information is available here: https://t.co/CjBvJczoGC
I want to reassure you that we’re not trying to make this difficult, and there are several alternative ways to pay. You mentioned you’re in Spain — are you living there or visiting? I can arrange a call to log your feedback, but I do need to let you know that Barclaycard online servicing can’t be reinstated.
-Leanne
