Had to have a second done because postcode was wrong on first report (yup) and new report showed WAY more issues even though done by same company. Now insurance up 300%, back to start of BSF process, and WW costing £500 each, every month. It’s open season.

Our developer went bust although parent company still trading. Survey shows the building didn’t meet fire reqs at the time in 2008, let alone now. Who’s responsible? Bankrupt developer?
