@BluBloodMonster@CameronWaddle TJ last off-season told Milan he wants him to shoot 10 threes a game. We tried to get him looks all the time but it’s hard. He’s not good if he has to rush or hit off balance so it has to be the perfect look basically. It’s hard to get tons of those when you’re labeled a shooter.
I think if you would have told Milan from a year ago that he’d be a guaranteed draft pick next year he would say no way would I ever come back to college. You’re telling me I’m a lock to be drafted?? I don’t see him passing on that opportunity for money.
I trust Jack Pilgrim because he’s usually pretty accurate. While I was holding out hope for Milan to return to ISU, I think it’s NBA or Kentucky. I still think he stays in the draft. He will definitely be selected. Can’t guarantee that next year though.
“I think everything else is for show. I don’t buy any world that St. John’s makes sense in terms of fit for him. I don’t think that what Louisville has done with its roster and what they’ve built and how much money they’ve spent, especially at his position, at the 3 and 4. Like, it makes zero sense for him to commit to either of those schools. Haven’t heard any others pop up. UCLA, LSU have been kind of whispered at times — just by process of elimination and in terms of need, money, role and what Kentucky is pitching this kid. It makes so much sense for this kid to end up at Kentucky.” - Jack Pilgrim on Milan Momcilovic #BBN
@Hyperjack13 Heard that. He said as long as it’s not a 2 way he will stay. Well at this point, only about 10 dudes drafted sign a 2 way. He’s definitely top 50 in my opinion, so I’ve been thinking he’s staying in the draft.
@CoachMarcusHCHS@GoodmanHoops@UofLSheriff50 I’ve lived a whole life basically and never touched what he could make coming back. I know what I’d do lol but some of these guys get shark eyes when it comes to the NBA, they can’t see anything else
@walk_35@GoodmanHoops He shot a historic rate from 3pt this year and broke records. You don’t typically repeat that. So his stats will be worse (statistically have to be) and he will be older. It’s pretty hard to imagine a path to being a first rounder next year for Milan. It’s a classic bag vs. NBA.
@tonka_waterman @PaulPabst Yeah these things were truly underrated. I still been keeping my eyes peeled for them, I didn’t realize they were gone-gone.
