OpenAI definitely reduced the limits. No doubt about it.

They removed the 5 hour limits, then slowly reduced weekly usage while handing out resets so people wouldn't notice as much.

I'm a heavy user, and now I can burn through my entire weekly limit overnight with just a couple of High and Extra High effort agents.

Before, I had to run a bunch of GPT-5.6 Sol Ultra agents to do something like that.

The difference is huge.
