@Mobyhaque1 Watched the whole match and he was very good on the ball, plus this Argentina team like to press and he looked fine. I even said it before that he was a victim of an atrocious team set up and shocking pressing structure. Slotball… 🙃
@poculumwinecup@StefanBrown4 He’s a massively inconsistent player, his fluctuation range is too large and before Slot he was always picking up injuries because the training loads were too intense for his body. Not a massive loss if it means we aren’t being held ransom to his agent & their demands
@KrrishFT This transfer window might become like watching a car crash in slow motion. Reminiscent of the absolute incompetence we used to display in the transfer market at the back end of Rafa, all of Hodge + Kenny, and most of Rodgers’ tenure😂
@footyinsider247 Bernardo Silva
Elite mentality, leadership, winning experience, versatility, technical ability + work rate even at his age. Basically, a super upgraded repeat of the Milner transfer back in 2014/15 as a utility player and bench option, but stater in big games
@PartedBeard Isak (availability, no preseason + team fit issue, especially after Hugo purchase)
Wirtz (league adaptation oversight + team fit issue)
There were cheaper options available on the market that would have cost less than the £240M combined for these two (Cherki + Rodrygo)
@Mobyhaque1 Hughes & Edwards have objectively had a shocker. Slot hit lightening in a bottle & is now being exposed for what a poor manager he is: at a big club with egos, tougher schedule, toughest league, etc..
FSG either checked out or they are sleeping while their asset depreciates 🤷♂️
@AnfieldSector One of Camara or Anderson paired with one of Tchouameni or Camavinga. Then add a really progressive passing RB to round it all off. All boxes ticked, no weaknesses.
