TW: weight loss
Deeply disappointed that @WeArePhlo considered it appropriate to indiscriminately place this ad in with medication (which in this case includes both antidepressants and stimulant medication known to cause undesired weight loss) delivered to patients. (1/2)
As both a disability rights nerd and a comedy nerd, I'm thrilled to see @nextupcomedy and @ImpatientUK collaborating to bring live gigs to people online throughout Jan.
We must keep talking about the impact on disabled folks - good and bad - of increased online events.
Nobody called, and nobody came. Quite apart from ruining our Christmas, I am (as I have already informed you) disabled, and this smell is giving me migraines.
@ThamesWater - I am, at this stage, BEGGING you. Please send someone to fix this.
I will DM you my details. (4/4)
Hey @ThamesWater! We and our neighbours have spent the entirety of Christmas, and a good couple of weeks prior, with our houses smelling disgusting due to some sort of systemic issue - it also smells outside and right up the street, so it's not an internal plumbing problem (1/4)
I called @ThamesWater the next day and you arranged another visit on 23rd. We waited until almost 10pm then called and were told the van had broken down and you'd come on the 24th. On the 24th, you called at 8am to say someone would call later that day with an arrival time (3/4)
This is so harmful. @Channel4, what are you thinking?! You could be responsible for someone's death by telling them they're medicalising everyday life.
Social issues are absolutely a huge contributing factor to mental health, but that doesn't make depression not real!

So disappointed to leave suicide awareness training and turn on @PackedLunchC4 for background noise, only to find them talking about mental health diagnoses being 'an easy way out', 'naughty' children being 'labelled ill' and an 'overreliance on pills'.

Great to see almost a hundred people turn out to advance suicide awareness in Barnet.

Hey @sohotheatre, I'm guessing you hear this a lot but I just wanted to let you know that your door person (black masc-presenting person, beanie hat) is one of the friendliest humans I've ever met. They make my day every time I visit โค๏ธ
This is amazing, and I feel like it explains a huge proportion of 'ghost' sightings.
Video is a first-person view towards mist whilst moving up a rock-strewn hill, and shows the Brocken Spectre effect (https://t.co/Ajm1YzzlFw)
FRIENDS. LATIF AND I ARE ABOUT TO INTERVIEW THE SCIENTIST WHO SHOWED THAT EVOLUTION KEEPS MAKING CRABS. From separate, unrelated species, the crab shape KEEPS evolving, almost like an ideal form. Evolution wants a crab. Got any Qs? Big or Small?
@jessmabeljones Just started getting set up online, but I make dice bags and other sewn stuff, work on merch (especially with small biz, podcasts etc who need small scale), do digital art etc @GiantCrabUK ๐ฆ
Thanks for doing this! Amazing idea, can't wait to support more disabled creators โค๏ธ
That their value is not up for debate.
Everyone deserves to be able to maintain basic standards of living. If we create a society where people need not worry about where their next meal comes from, we open up space for them to realise their potential.

I've called on @RishiSunak to put in place a Universal Basic Income to protect everyone in the UK before the next crisis hits.
To add your name to the letter: https://t.co/VB5AqVQlDg
A Basic Income could be #OurGenerationsNHS.

It is time for us to recognise that people have inherent value above and beyond their earning capacity - that those who may not be able to work in traditional ways nonetheless comprise artists, thinkers, community members, carers, volunteers and loved ones.
