💶 Dimanche c'est #DeFi : comment investir et avoir un rendement grâce à la #Tezos?
En attendant #telefoot, resservez-vous un ☕️, prenez un 🥐, on parle:
- #DCA
- #staking
- #stablecoins
@sutanz DeFi on tezos is low but there are unique & very good product that were made possible by few things: liquidity staking, tzBTC, USDT. Moving anything about them without deep impact analysis destroy the only remaining use case of Tezos.
"The Foundation’s asset base has increased by 47.5% from July 2023 to the end of March 2024" ... wait for it ... "primarily due tothe strong performance of Bitcoin."
🤣🥲🫥😢😭 #tezos What else?
The Tezos Foundation aims to deploy resources to support Tezos's long-term future to drive global social, political, and economic innovation.

🇬🇧🚨📢#Tezos Delegators, this message requires your attention.
This thread concerns you if you delegate your XTZ to us from a smart contract ("KT" address).
You are not concerned if you delegate to us from a wallet account ("tz" address). (1/12)
@TheWolfOfTezos@BakingBenjamins@LabosNomades@trillitech@KolibriDAO@YupanaFinance Again, governance is failure. We released Tezos with slow governance especially because we wanted to be conservative on protocol updates. Nowadays every protocol is followed by a hard fork people never voted for and patches for regressions in next protocols
@BakingBenjamins@LabosNomades@trillitech@KolibriDAO@YupanaFinance Just a proof that so called remaining "core developers" never used DeFi on Tezos and even don't understand CDPs
There are reasons for Lido & RocketPool on Ethereum. They chosed to make it impossible with AI. Even if worse, it would be ok as long as delegation works with KTs.
@jassonlu@TezosFoundation The result of 2 yrs of bad decisions leading to a big hole in the skill set:
- Stop researches at NL => critical researchers & devs leave
- Close the 5 independents core teams to get their budget for TT => experienced devs leave => unexperienced recruited who are leaving now 🤣
⚠️@TezosFoundation
🗳️Our governance is broken: 3 on 4 last #Tezos protocol required a patch after being deployed.
🚪Core devs are leaving everywhere since 1 yrs
🧠 Poor support on smart contract languages since all are managed by the same company
Sadly we deserve -20% last 30d
@CryptoTraderXTZ@TezosFoundation Code review would happen in "testing" step. We could accept until promotion. Then bugfix would go through governance process, otherwise you blind trust the dev to not introduce a new threat.
Sure it would be better if governance had a way to manage bugfix, but we did 3 hard forks
@Justin_Bons Main reason is that you can scale only were it is needed: separation of consensus/computing/storage make a lot of sense.
It's web3 horizontal scaling (layers) vs vertical scaling (monolith).
Both have pros/cons but all L2 solutions sucks currently
@Saroupille When DAL will be plugged to #Etherlink?
This time there is a playground for it, please don't make it another sappling, toru, smart rollup, private rollup, ... never used thing
