As I have said repeatedly—and Jack Smith confirmed here—Arctic Frost would have made the Jan 6 investigation look like a cakewalk.

Smith was preparing to indict hundreds of GOP lawmakers, WH officials, MAGA-associated groups, influencers, and the president himself (again)—and perhaps even media organizations—under Arctic Frost.

There is no federal crime related to “blocking the peaceful transfer of power”—which by the way, Jack Smith, happens on January 20, not January 6.

But Smith and his team undoubtedly were collecting evidence to bring more conspiracy and obstruction charges against these individuals and groups.

But by the end of 2023, Smith ran up against two potential SCOTUS roadblocks: the presidential immunity question out of the J6 case in Washington AND the Fischer decision related to the lawful use of the 1512(c)2 obstruction statute in Jan 6 cases.

The latter decision, issued in June 2024, handed a blow to Smith’s effort to criminalize free speech and political activity. SCOTUS held that the post-Enron corporate fraud statute required some evidence of document tampering/destruction. That’s not, however, how the Biden DOJ applied the statute in 300+ cases—so those charges/convictions were systematically tossed.

So, Smith essentially lost the ability to use 1512—which represented 2 of 4 counts in his J6 indictment against Trump and would not have survived a Fischer-like challenge before SCOTUS again—in potential Arctic Frost prosecutions.

Even though Smith probably believed the “fake electors” certificates would have met the documents threshold. (Doubtful)

But he likely planned to use the conspiracy against rights charge he brought against Trump to these targets.

Lawmakers and WH officials and journalists were not being “spied on” or even considered potential witnesses.

They were under investigation by this scumbag, his henchmen in special counsel office, and his puppet masters in the Biden DOJ and White House.

Don’t lose sight of this—and what the country avoided with Trump’s win in 2024.

According to reports, the details of the mid-air drama have emerged: the co-pilot—acting as an attacker—began stabbing the captain in an attempt to seize control of the plane and crash it, with its passengers on board, into Israeli territory.

The captain resisted and activated distress signals. Flight attendants attempted to enter the cockpit, while Israeli passengers who realized what was happening forcibly broke in, subdued the co-pilot, and removed him from the cockpit. The captain, having sustained multiple stab wounds, was incapacitated.

Miraculously, two Israeli pilots were on board flying back to Israel; they were the ones who landed the aircraft, which otherwise would have crashed. "A great miracle happened to us today," said one of the passengers.

Gaza is two cities. And this is vitally important. The satellite photograph only shows one of them, and that is why the photograph is being used as a lie by propagandists and the media.

Nobody is denying that people lived in the streets, the apartment blocks, the schools, and the hospitals. That is not the argument. The argument being sold with those images is that the ruin is the point.

IT IS NOT THE POINT.

Under that city was a second city, dug on purpose under homes, hospitals, schools, and mosques, larger and more continuous than the London Underground. Hamas didn’t hide that. They bragged about it. They said the tunnels were for Hamas, to protect the fighters and to hit Israel. They said the population was not their problem. In plain language they told you what the civilians were for.

The only way to take the threat out was to take the infrastructure out. The infrastructure had been poured under the people.

That is why the word genocide does not belong on the picture. Genocide is a purpose. The purpose here was the tunnels, the launch sites, the command rooms, and the hostages held under those floors and in those civilian houses.

Before strikes, Israel emptied buildings, blocks, and neighborhoods because the target was what sat under them and inside them, not the census. Hostages were being starved, beaten, and raped in that second city and in the first one. A country trying to erase a people does not call the people out of the building first.

If you want the photograph to mean genocide, you have to pretend the basement was not there, and you have to pretend Hamas never said what they built it for. But they DID say it. Repeatedly. The basement was the war. The roof is just what the camera can see.

The Netherlands has 'aborted' a 2-year-old baby, just one year after the country legalized euthanasia for children under 12.

In 2025, 10,341 people in the Netherlands were euthanized, up nearly 4% from the year before.

According to the Assessment Committee for Late Termination of Pregnancy and Termination of Life in Newborns and Children Aged 1 to 12 Years, the baby had "both mental and physical" disabilities, so they decided it was best to kill the child.

"The child had multiple, very severe disabilities, both mental and physical, and the prognosis was that the child would be dependent on support with all activities of daily living for the rest of their life."

After getting consent from the child's parents, the baby was killed.
