The Legacy Continues
For Jaafar Jackson, stepping into the life of his uncle, Michael Jackson, meant more than learning to moonwalk or mastering the voice, it meant understanding the man behind it all. The discipline. The sensitivity. The weight of being extraordinary before you even understand what that means.
After years of preparation, he delivers a performance rooted in reverence and truth, honoring not just the icon the world knew, but the man his family loved.
This isn’t just about playing a role, it’s a responsibility. One built on lineage and a deep personal connection that can’t be taught. And he fits just like a glove.
Catch Michael in theaters on April 24th.

Michael Jackson’s music videos were Cinema. No one on Earth made music videos like this man. He drove MTV by himself. The way MJ cared so deeply about the details of his work is why he’s the King of Pop. I don’t usually get excited for biopics, but I’m excited for this one.
It was inspiring to watch the Artemis II launch yesterday — @NASA’s first crewed mission around the moon since 1972. Our space program has always captured an essential part of what it means to reach beyond what we thought was possible, and I hope the four brave astronauts on this mission will inspire a new generation to follow in their footsteps.
Khamenei is dead. Good.
But I have family in Iran. My dad is there right now. And I'm not celebrating yet. Here's why.
Iran built the most layered contingency plan on Earth for this exact moment. Four levels of succession for every key position. Pre-authorized military strikes. Regional commanders who don't need orders from Tehran to act.
As you read this, there is already a new Supreme Leader. We just don't know who.
This isn't Maduro. The government didn't get overthrown. The system absorbed the hit. That's what it was designed to do.
Every credible intel assessment says the same thing: a post-Khamenei Iran is more likely to get harder, not softer. More IRGC. More dangerous. Potentially worse for the Iranian people than Khamenei himself.
Don't breathe yet. There's a long way to go.
Michael Jackson met Epstein once, when property-hunting in Florida in the early 2000s, before Epstein’s public exposure after his arrest in 2008.
Epstein purchased the island in 1998.
Michael bought what would become Neverland in 1988.
MJ wasn’t protecting kids from Epstein; he didn’t know they needed protection from him until his arrest.
And by that time, Neverland was no longer MJ’s home for him to use as a sanctuary for the vulnerable — that hoax of a trial saw to that.
But Neverland was always about protection. Protecting children’s innocence. That’s what he was always about.
In the film Moonwalker, he protects kids from a corruptive child-abusing drug pusher who controls a city.
In the song Michael wrote Do You Know Where Your Children Are, he isn’t asking parents; he’s telling them the story of child abuse and how the predators in the industry (“she’s off to Hollywood”) get their claws into the young. The question is rhetorical. He knew, and he wanted parents to know. If you let your kids out of your sight, if you fail them, they’re at the mercy of predators lurking on Sunset Boulevard.
He was always using his platform to warn parents and protect kids.
We don’t need this Epstein fable to know that.
