I have installed 3KW ONGRID solar setup from ANVIL ENERGY PVT LTD and they have given the inverter from statcon energiaa. However the inverter is not working from 15-07-26 and there is positive response neither from ANVIL or STATCON.

However as per him the motor is damaged and the motor is on warranty.I have the invoice but no warranty card. So he denied for free replacement. Kindly look into this matter.
