May I ask @Uppolice @lkopolice @UPPCBLKO if it's legal to burn harmful plastic and polythene waste in a residential area? Every alternate day, kachra walas burn large amounts near Samriddhi, LucknowPublicSchool, EldecoUdyan llcausing serious pollution—even after requests to stop.
