The whole point of this discussion is that “building software” soon looks very different from today.

The same way that “using a computer” is using a smartphone now.

the "SaaS is dead" crowd is actually "my indie hacker SaaS for other indie hackers is dead" crowd.

this should be plainly obvious to anyone who's users aren't terminally online X users.

SaaS is in a boom right now.

you only need to speak to the average person, let alone an actual user - to know 99% are not building "personal software".

@willmcgugan I usually hate these kind of ui changes for the same reason. This, I adapted in minutes. I struggle with vertical tabs on websites that have vertical toolbars tho

Just a few hours out, so I cannot really comment on how it compares to 4.6.

Also, I don’t really trust these benchmarks.

How does it compare to Fable and Astra, subjectively? Anyone using all three as daily drivers?

For me, grok found more things on reviews than Astra.
