Anyone can nominate and vote. Award winners will be chosen by the public in conjunction with a panel of judges, including industry leaders like @lennysan, @packyM, @amasad, and many more. We’ll host an event in December honoring the winners (10 per category).
For people categories, we’re mostly focused on everyone except the CEO–everyone else building the company behind the scenes.
Companies with the most amount of people nominations will be listed on our “Top Companies to Work For” page.
True to form, at Product Hunt I helped launch the Golden Kitty awards a decade ago to recognize great products. Soon after I launched the Rise Awards, honoring executives and ICs building companies that make them. The Cosign Awards is the next iteration.

ok big drop today: very excited to announce
The Cosign Awards
2026 has been a crazy year. One thing we keep seeing: the people making the biggest impact inside top companies aren’t always the people you’d expect. The org chart no longer tells the whole story. a single, standout engineer, designer, growth leader, or operator can change the trajectory of the entire company.
If you’ve worked with someone like this, you know... the rest of the world hasn’t caught up yet. We want to help change that.
Today, we’re opening nominations for the @Cosign Awards.
For the next month, we’re looking for the most impactful contributors, and rising stars across the key functions that make great companies work.
We'll aggregate nominations across 41 categories, and with help from a panel of 21 judges including @lennysan, @omooretweets, @packyM, @gokulr, @rrhoover, @dhaber, @avichal, @gaganbiyani, @amasad, @illscience, @venturetwins & more - we’ll select ten people in each category, and then bring them together to meet, exchange ideas, and build relationships.
(this is the part i'm most excited about, to be honest .. gathering the winners IRL + group chats: we'll run this every year, and hope to see alumni communities of awards winners building things together, helping each-other out, and more - over time).
So, here it goes!

More thoughts
There is an endless number of lists of people who are good at devrel devx growth engineering etc but what they are all missing is WHY. so I will give you a few of my personal opinions
1. @charles_irl at modal the perfect example of someone who is an engineer first but deeply cares about education. Before modal, Charles was an educator and it’s extremely apparent in how he approaches his content.
2. @trq212 at Anthropic is actually really humble about his growth with the fact he works on Claude Code and that people are naturally excited about Claude code. But one analogy that Thariq shared that I think rings very true for why he does good work is this idea of reaping and sowing. You must reap (do a lot of research, experimentation, talk with customers, hands on engineering) before you can sow (create good content). There are too many people who skip the reaping and go straight to sowing slop.
3. @philipkiely from Baseten is phenomenal because it’s one thing to create content but it’s another to build the systems that turn that content into high value pipeline generation. Two many people miss this second step of thing your work to baseline revenue and overly rely on “vibes” of doing good work. Anyone would be lucky to have this TOFU machine.
4. @mattyp at spaceX is extremely consistent but has also mastered the home setup/ camera investment that he’s able to produce good quality content very efficiently and fast in order to stay with the times.
5. @ad0rnai at prime intellect is very good at making videos! But her special power that more people need is an attention to detail. To many it will feel like overthinking when she hosts and event or films a video but she will play at your hidden heart strings in ways you don’t even know to make you fall in love with her work.
> be John Nash in 1948
> graduating from college at 19 years old
> apply to Princeton's math graduate school
> physicist Richard Duffin cosigns you in recommendation letter
> "He is a mathematical genius."
> get into Princeton
> by age 21, write "Non-Cooperative Games"
> just discovered the Nash equilibrium + revolutionized game theory
> win the Nobel Prize in Economics
> go down in history as a generational mathematical genius
