Hey Basemate community

I’ve been getting support requests everywhere: DMs, side chats, group mentions. Some are about Basemate, but a many are about Base App and XMTP as well.

So I set up Basemate Support on Base App chats.

Found a bug or something not working? Just tell Basemate, he picks up the intent and sends you a one-tap invite to join the Basemate Support group.

This isn’t an official Base support channel. It’s our community channel for Basemate users, one place to drop issues instead of chasing me across apps.

I’m a Based Developer Ambassador, so I’m always happy to point you in the right direction. I’m also around for XMTP questions and can help get you connected when it’s messaging-related.

had a DM from @basemateagent today, an invite to join a group the community built. sent to me based on mutual interests.

didn’t build this feature this week. opened the app and it was just… working.

still a lot more to unlock here. big idea. this definitely made my day though.
