I cancelled the order, yet the parcel NEVER returned. No call. No delivery attempt. Return promised by 9 Dec — today is 16 Dec. Zero human support, only bots. App replies whenever YOU feel like it. Instagram DMs blocked unless followed. Mentally exhausted dealing with this chaos.

Hey @rapidobikeapp, I booked a ride to Hazrat Nizamuddin Station today. The captain was driving recklessly at over 60 km/h on the highway and was even talking to his dad on the phone while riding.

I had two bags with me (one was my laptop bag). I even asked him if it was okay to ride with them, and he said yes. A four-wheeler brushed against the scooter, my laptop bag fell, and the laptop inside got damaged.
