@Tesco Last night at 10:45pm in your store on Melcombe Street a woman was severely unwell and falling into shelves hurting herself.

Your staff all completely avoided catching, helping or even acknowledging her.

By the way - she was an inpatient at a private rehabilitation hospital up the road. I got her there safe. Not as if your staff gave a fuck.

Can you please

A) Post a copy of your safeguarding guidelines.

B) Check the CCTV to see if they were followed. 10:45pm. Melcombe St.

I know West London can be a dangerous area. Walking back from her hospital to my workplace, I had to use my assertiveness as a woman out at night. This inebriated woman wouldn't have been able to. She was in your store - your staff ignored her and could've left her in danger.
