We considered a number of ways to reduce costs including halving prize funds but we were still so far from breaking even that we just cannot run the event. We have therefore taken action now rather than wait until the last minute to allow everyone time to make other plans 2/2

We are very disappointed to say that due to very low entry numbers - just 17 in the E123 and 20 in the masters race that this year’s event is cancelled. Even with the usual last minute entries the event would have incurred significant losses. 1/2
