@OncoThor Very saddened to hear that Tom passed away. He was such a great person and friend. He was the first in US to recognize the potential of PRRT. I still remember his lecture at the 1st Theranostics World Congress in 2011 and meeting him/Sue end of 2019 at my Farewell in Bad Berka.

AUC=radiation dose to tumor is too small due to low uptake, but mainly to short residence time in tumor. See our paper in J Nucl Med on using FAP PEPTIDE which gives better, but still not enough radiation dose to CAFs.TANDEM =Solution!

@AliSalavatiMD @NEJM Agree, another milestone paper after the NETTER-1 trial published in the NEJM in 2017. However, the reference list gives zero credit to the first LuPSMA treatment ever by my team in 2013 (published in the JNM in 2016).
