One of the narratives that the perpetrator of the most neglected genocide in the world happening in Southern Cameroons uses to stall international intervention is, “do not break our country”.
Some Soul-searhing questions people and leaders of good faith should ask are; Can a President declare war on his own people? Has Southern Cameroons ever been one and indivisible with the Republic of Cameroun? Is their occupation of Southern Cameroons legal?

Southern Cameroonians believe that truthful answers to the above questions will guide the International Community of nations to take actions that will stop the genocide for justice and peace to return to the region. President Paul Biya declared a full-fledged war against Southern Cameroons on November 30th, 2017. He dispatched his elite force, B.I.R., to carry out his brutal scorched earth policy. Southern Cameroons has never been one and indivisible with the Republic of Cameroun, they came together through a plebiscite, the relationship started on “rocky” grounds and has now turned too toxic for any form of peaceful coexistence under the current circumstances. The referendum for unification of 20th May 1972 was a fraud because the ballot boxes were marked “YES” and “OUI” which means the same thing. Republic of Cameroun forcefully invaded and occupied Southern Cameroons, not legally. There is no Union Treaty.

Enough is Enough! The genocide going on in the former British Southern Cameroons also known as Ambazonia, must be stopped. After Rwanda, the world said, NEVER AGAIN, yet it is happening in Ambazonia for the past 8 years since President Paul Biya declared war on it on Nov. 30th, 2017 to assimilate it by force. The situation is dire. BBC describes it as the most neglected humanitarian crisis in the world.

The people on home front have expressed their desire for independence through the Cardinal Tumi’s survey and their consistent observation of Monday Ghost Towns, an act of civil disobedience. The Refugees have expressed the same desire by calling out to President Donald J. Trump to stop the war so they can go back home. The Ambazonian diaspora have expressed the same desire. Representatives of Friends of Ambazonia Inc, went all out on the streets of Brooklyn NY during the Unity Parade to plead to President Donald J. Trump to recognize Ambazonia as an independent country. They also pleaded to the Christian community to arise and speak out against the genocide in Ambazonia.
THIS IS SELF-DETERMINATION AT ITS BEST. America under the leadership of President Trump has the moral authority and power to recognize Ambazonia.
